My philosophy that guides my professional activities is simple:"To improve the quality of life for those I serve and to do no harm". I believe that what I do is a sacred responsibility that I have earned through education, experience, hard work and dedication to my profession.
I approach each day with an honest sense of gratitude and appreciation for being given the opportunity to serve others in their time of difficulty, need or suffering. Such a responsibility is not to be taken lightly because I understand that, most often, people will try one time to get assistance.
I desire that your experience with me be a positive and productive one. We are at a place and time in the world that each one of us needs to be connected to others in a positive and fulfilling way. I believe that I offer others the knowledge and wisdom and understanding that comes from my varied educational and life experiences that have served to prepare me to wisely undertake this important work.
I ask each client is asked to take personal responsibility for their own actions which allows each client the opportunity to become a part of their own identified solution to the issues that they have been confronting.
When you come to see me, please know that I care and want to help you obtain what you seek and desire in the way of happiness, contentment, fulfillment and self understanding and an improved quality of life. I assure you that you will be heard, understood and respected when you make the call to my office. While there can be no guarantees about the outcomes of our mutual efforts on your behalf,
I will do my best to assist you by applying all of the proven treatment techniques that I have learned that have been demonstrated to be beneficial in situations like the one you are experiencing. I believe that it is important that each client be actively involved in their own issue resolution process.
At times, it may be necessary to refer some clients for medication evaluations, specialized treatment programs or other forms of medical or psychiatric services. I will actively involve you and guide you through the referral process
when a referral is needed.
