There are several ways to contact us that are listed below.  In order to assist you, I am also providing additional information about ways to contact us during normal business hours and after our normal business hours. 

During normal business hours on Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, please contact my office manager, Mrs. Anissa Vasquez, at 281-444-2678.  On Fridays, please contact her from 9:00am to 12:00pm.  At other times, please feel free to call my office at the above number and I will receive a page of your call along with your recorded message.  In the case of an emergency, please contact me at 713-927-3183.  If you are having a crisis or an emergency situation, you may call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.  I am also available at my email address that is listed below.   Please list your name, desired appointment date and time and office location and your telephone number so that we may call you to schedule your next appointment.
