There are several ways that you can request an appointment with Dr. Garlock.   We look forward to talking with you and to providing our professional services to you.

All new clients must schedule their initial appointment by contacting Dr. Garlock's office manager, Mrs. Anissa Vasquez, at 281-444-2678 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am and 12:00pm on Fridays.  If she does not answer the telephone, it is because she is assisting another caller.  Please call and leave her a message and she will return your call shortly.  He does not schedule his own appointments.  Once the initial appointment has been completed, clients may use the procedure listed above to re-schedule future appointments.

You may fax Ms. Vasquez at 281-277-0584 to request an appointment with Dr. Garlock.  She will set up an appointment time that is convenient for you.  We offer appointment times six days a week.

You may email Dr. Garlock at jagvw@earthlink.net and he will make certain that an appointment is scheduled for you at your earliest possible convenience.  We do not have much of a wait time in scheduling new clients and returning clients. 

Dr. Garlock also is able to re-schedule appointments with you while in session with you.  Please let him know if you would like to re-schedule your session at that time.
